  Members of the Ontario Tech University Alumni Association can save up to $20 on a new CAA Plus Membership or exclusive CAA Corporate Membership!

  To join or to convert your existing CAA Membership, please contact  1-800-341-2226 or email: groupmembership@caasco.ca. CAA is available Monday to Saturday, 8:00am to 8:00pm and Sunday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.

• Ontario Tech - Access to Library

  Alumni enjoy a free lifetime membership to the campus libraries. Show your alumni card to borrow most regular items: up to 10 items for a 14-day loan period. In addition, you have free in-library access to magazines, journals and annual reports, as well as online periodical indexes and databases. More information can be found at ontariotechu.ca/library

• Ontario Tech - Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre (CRWC)

  Alumni receive a $50 discount on the annual public membership rate, $10 off any monthly membership or $25 off a four-month membership at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre (CRWC). For more information, call 905.721.3040.

  Alumni will need to show their digital alumni card to access the discount and the facilities. To access the digital card, alumni will need to download the Ontario Tech Mobile App and swap their persona to alumni by clicking the small person icon located in the top right corner of the app. Once the persona has been updated, select the digital ID square. The app will then prompt a login to confirm ID, which will require student ID and network password. Please reach out to IT Services at 905.721.3333, option 1 if there are issues logging in.

  The Career Centre provides these year-round services to students, recent graduates, employers, faculty and staff:

  To use the services provided by the Career Centre, you will need to log in to the Careers & Experiential Learning portal using your MyOntarioTech (formerly MyCampus) ID and password. If you have forgotten your password or have an inactive account you must contact IT Services at 905.721.8668 ext 3333 for a reset.

• Ontario Tech - Email

  Upon graduating, all Ontario Tech University alumni are entitled to an OntarioTechU.net email account. Find out more about the Gmail features at Ontario Tech.

  To set up your alumni email account, login to Gmail using your Ontario Tech student ID number and password. If you have forgotten your password, please contact the IT Service Desk at 905.721.3333. 

  Ontario Tech offers only OntarioTechU.Net email through Google Gmail, with a storage limit of 1GB. Alumni will no longer have access to Google Drive and Google Photos. For more information, visit the IT Services website. 

  Upon graduating, all Ontario Tech University Alumni are entitled to an OntarioTechU.Net email account. However, access to other account services, such as Drive and Photos, will not be available and the data will be deleted on the date the degree is conferred. If you wish to retain the data stored in the Google services (other than e-mail), you must move the data to a personal account as detailed below prior to the date of conferral.  Please note, that once the data stored in Google Drive and Google Photos is deleted Ontario Tech is unable to assist you in recovering the deleted data.

  Please note that if your Google account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, it will be permanently deleted, and any data within it will be irrecoverable. In such a case, you can request an email-only OntarioTechU.Net account by contacting the IT Service Desk at 905-721-3333.

  What do I need to do?

  • Sign in to your OntarioTechU.Net account.
  • Migrate your Google Drive and Google Photo data to a personal storage allotment.  For assistance, follow step 3 on our OntarioTechU.Net service changes for alumni pages.
