Request official transcript

The Registrar's Office processes all transcript requests. Information about how to request an official transcript of academic record from the university can be found on their records and scheduling website. 

If you are applying to another Ontario university, you must order your transcript online through the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre. All other transcript requests can be made online through your MyOntarioTech (formerly MyCampus) account. To do so you will need your Banner ID and password.

• If you no longer have access to MyOntarioTech due to lack of recent use, please contact the Service Desk at 1 905 721 8668 x 3333 to have your password reset. 
• If you do not remember your Banner ID, please email alumni@ontariotechu.ca with your name and graduation year.
